Sometimes, you need to touch and hold again since the iPad can be quite sensitive. For some videos, they need to be playing before we can detect it. So, tap on the play button and then try touching and hold again. Chances are if the video can play on your iPad, you will be able to download it. Why is my download speed so slow?
There could be several reasons for it. One could be the speed of your network at that time. Your Internet connection seldom performs at the peak rate at which it is advertised for and the average rate may depends on the type of network (cable or dsl) and other factors. Some websites also throttle download rate to prevent users from over saturating their bandwidth. If you are downloading a few files simultaneously, the average download speed will decrease per file. If you are downloading over a cellular network, your download speed will be reduced dramatically for big files as your download will be throttled. We recommend that you always download over Wifi.

How do I backup my downloaded files through iCloud?
When files are downloaded, they are first downloaded and stored in the Download folder. The Download folder does not backup your files to iCloud. If your installed iOS has iCloud support, you can move files from the Download Manager to other folders you create in your Documents folder.

I cannot open the file and play it.
Check that you have the right file extension for your video or media file. If you have the wrong extension, it may confuse our decoder though for the most part, it can still decode correctly. Check that your file is not corrupted, have missing header information and you can typically test it by playing it on a good desktop player to verify that your file is indeed playable.
